Membership

Who can enter “Youth Link · Nam Cheong”?

Youth Link members have access to and can use the facilities at “Youth Link · Nam Cheong”. Upon arrival at the entrance, members are required to scan their membership QR code for entry.

Can I enter “Youth Link · Nam Cheong” if I am not a member?

Youth Link · Nam Cheong facilities are for Youth Link members only. Non-member visitors aged between 12 and 39 can instantly download the “HKYouth+”App with the assistance of our staff, register as users and sign up as members of the Youth Link to enjoy our facilities and register for various activities.

Who is responsible for operating the Youth Link? Is there a membership fee required?

The Youth Link is launched and operated by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, and there is no membership fee required.

Event Registration

How can I join the activities at “Youth Link · Nam Cheong”?

Youth Link members can find out details of our activities through the “HKYouth+” App.

How will I be notified of the status of my activity registration?

Upon successful registration for an activity, members will receive an email notification from the “Youth Link · Nam Cheong” team. Additionally, the registration result will be confirmed through the “HKYouth+” App.

Are the activities free of charge?

Activities organised by “Youth Link · Nam Cheong” are generally free of charge (with the exception of specific activities). However, some activities may require an advance deposit to secure your spot. The deposit will be fully refunded upon completion of the event.

Facilities Usage and Reservation

How far in advance must I apply to book a Multi-purpose Space or other facilities?

Applications must be submitted at least 14 working days prior to the date of the event.

Is advance booking required for members to access “Youth Link · Nam Cheong”?

Members can visit “Youth Link · Nam Cheong” during opening hours to use the Common Area and Soundproof Booths without advance booking. However, reservations are necessary for facilities such as the Music Room, Dance Room, or Multi-purpose Rooms.

Can organisations rent facilities at “Youth Link · Nam Cheong” under their name?

Local non-profit or charitable organisations can apply to rent facilities at “Youth Link · Nam Cheong” to host youth related programmes. For more information, please visit our website's facilities booking page.

Can I eat or drink at “Youth Link · Nam Cheong”

Eating is strictly prohibited within the general venue. You may drink beverages using containers with lids, to prevent spills. If needed, visitors can eat in the Pantry.

Are there any restrictions on using the Soundproof Booths?

Members can use the Soundproof Booths by simply registering at the reception. The usage limit is 2 hours per person per session. If you wish to extend the duration, please check with the reception before your current session ends. Extensions may be granted if no other members are waiting. For other terms and conditions, please refer to the details printed on the signage inside the booths.

Which MTR station is near "Youth Link · Nam Cheong"?

The nearest is MTR Nam Cheong station. It is about a 5-minute walk from Exit D1.

Does "Youth Link · Nam Cheong" have parking spaces?

We do not offer any parking spaces. The nearest parking lot is at Nam Cheong Estate, which is approximately a 5-minute walk away.
